The two firsts track’s World Cups of the season, one in Paris and the other in Milton (Canada), are done.

In the first one I’ve done only the team pursuit, where we achived a good 3rd place and also did a great time going under 4’20”.

After the final we went directly to Milton, even if the manifestation wasn’t finished yet, so that we could handle the jat lag as better as possible. Despite half of the team was still in Paris for other competitions, we did a great job and got the silver medal behind a strong Great Britain. This medal is also important because of the hard semifinal we raced agains New Zeland: 4’19”6 for us and 4’19”8 for them!
In Milton I’ve raced also the madison with Rachele Barbieri (8th place) and the omnium (6th place). Even if my sensations were good, I know I have to train a lot to improve my capacities.

This races have been very important for our “Olympic journey” and we also had the opportunity to visit some beautiful places as the Versailles’ royal palace, the Niagara’s waterfalls and the city of Toronto!

Now I’ll have a deserved rest period, but I won’t abandon you!
