I just got home after 20 days of altitude training in Livigno.

Starting again to train with my Valcar Travel &Service teammates was a great pleasure after all these
months of isolation and individual training.
The team decided to make this training camp to try to recreate the group and to stimulate us even more int raining after the difficult months that we spent. Definitely training together gave us strenght and also a lot of fun. In addition, the fresh mountain air and the good company were a great price after the many hours spent on the ergo. In fact, in addition to the specific workouts, we had the opportunity to make new routes with breathtaking landscapes: we went to Cancano Lakes and Saint Moritz where we climbed the Julierpass.
The beautiful landscapes that have offered us these two laps have made all these kilometers and these meters of elevation gain pleasant even to me that I am not a climber!

If you have a few days off this summer and want to ride on your bike, I recommend you to choose these destinations!!!
Now there are still a few weeks to go until the first races on the calendar that will take place in Spain on July 24th and 26th, the time needed to look for the best physical condition and show up super ready to the starting line. I imagine we will all be very fierce and there will be a very high level because everyone will want to make the most of this short 2020 season.
After so many months without sticking the number on my back it seems almost a dream to think that soon we will start to race all around the world.
In the meantime, however, there will be important events because on Sunday 12th and 19th I’ll take part in the fourth and sixth stage of the Tour de France that will take place on the virtual platform of Zwift and that will go live on television in all the countries of the world!
I’m waiting for you to cheer on me.
See you soon!
